Go to Roster, choose a format, randomize teams, then click Build Tournament.
How to Use Serve & Score
Everything you need to run a great tournament.
📋 Step 1 — Build Your Roster
- Click the Roster tab to manage your players.
- Add players using the + Add Player button.
- Set each player's gender using the M or F button — required for King & Queen and Mixed Teams modes.
- Check the box next to each player playing this week.
- Click Save to save your roster to the cloud.
🎮 Step 2 — Choose Your Format
- Double Elimination — 2 losses before elimination. Winner & Loser brackets merge into a Grand Final.
- Single Elimination — One loss and you're out. Fast and simple.
- Round Robin — Everyone plays everyone in doubles teams. Scores tracked individually. Supports Fixed or Rotating partners.
- 👑 King & Queen of the Court — Men's and Women's doubles round robins played separately. Top 2 from each meet in a Mixed Doubles Championship!
🤝 Step 3 — Set Partner Mode
- Fixed Partners — Players are paired into doubles teams at the start and stay together all tournament.
- Rotating Partners — Players get a brand new partner every round! Great for social play where everyone wants to mix it up.
- Use the Partner Mode toggle on the Roster page to switch before building your tournament.
- For King & Queen, also use the Fixed Partners or Rotating Partners buttons in the format settings.
⚖ Mixed Teams
- Turn on Mixed Teams to ensure every doubles team has 1 Male + 1 Female.
- Requires gender to be set for all players.
- Works with both Fixed and Rotating partner modes in Round Robin.
🏆 Step 4 — Build & Score
- Click Build Tournament to generate the bracket or schedule.
- Enter scores directly in the score boxes next to each match.
- Standings update automatically as scores are entered.
- In King & Queen and Round Robin doubles, both players on the winning team receive credit for the win.
- Click Reset to clear the bracket and start fresh — your roster is always preserved.
👑 King & Queen of the Court
- Make sure all players have M or F gender set in the roster.
- Phase 1 — Men's doubles round robin. Top 2 men advance.
- Phase 2 — Women's doubles round robin. Top 2 women advance.
- Phase 3 — #1 Man + #2 Woman vs #2 Man + #1 Woman in the Mixed Doubles Championship!
- Use Rotating Partners so everyone plays with a different partner each round.
- Set number of rounds using the Men rounds and Women rounds controls.
📷 Print & Share
- Click 🖶 Print Bracket to print the bracket directly from your browser.
- Click 📷 Save as Image to download a PNG screenshot of the bracket — perfect for sharing in a group chat!
👤 Your Account
- Your player list and tournament data saves automatically every 30 seconds.
- Access your tournament from any device — phone, tablet, or laptop.
- Use the Tournament Name bar at the top to customize your tournament name.
- Click Sign Out when you are done.
💾 Data saves automatically every 30 seconds.
You can also click Save on the Roster page anytime to save manually.
